  Well I had always rated this surgery and I still do the doctors and nurses, but this stupid idea that they have brought in which I am told is due to the practice manager is a total farce .........the ridiculous system of general enquiries being open limited hours along with same system for test results etc is totally impractical and the insane situation of queing for 40 or so minutes to try to get a same day appointment frustrating to say the least ,along with you come out of your appointment having been told to make another in 10 to14 days to see them again you are told none available for a month ..........if they have too many patients then surely they should not have taken anymore on if they do not have the resources to deal with the volume .I always defended this practice as the best around now they seem to have lost all touch with reality general enquiries should be at all times whilst open as should test results etc total sham now
